Sip and paint your way to a beginner-friendly work of art at Printshop Beer Co! With step-by-step guidance from Meredith, our experienced instructor, you'll create a masterpiece in no time. All supplies are provided, and each ticket includes a beverage of your choice.

Explore Knoxville via bike during our weekly ride through different neighborhoods. You can expect a slow-paced 60-75 minute (4-10 miles) ride that'll potentially include stops at various landmarks, sites of interest, and even other breweries! Please note that rides will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.

We're partnering with Likewise Coffee to bring you a weekend of coffee-infused beers. Cold steeping our beers on beans from a range of roasts and origins gives us a chance to highlight complementary flavor profiles across the beverages. We'll also offer a couple guided tastings—Friday at 4:00 and Saturday at 1:00—so you can learn more about our processes and why we chose the pairings. And Likewise will have a pop-up shop on site at the pairings with beans and gear, plus they'd love to tell you about the outreach programs inspiring their work. 

Dan is a Knoxville native, and he currently resides in SoKno. He has worked many jobs, including radio sales, newspaper sales, landscaping, carpentry, bar tending, mental health work, house painting, and as a whitewater river guide. He is an avid hiker and inveterate mushroom forager. When he’s not in the woods, you will likely find him in his studio or garden.

Old Sevier is back with another fun street wide event. Each stop will have food or drink specials, special events, and other fun activities for all. Pick up your passport and visit at least 6 locations for a chance to win a prize package! This is an all ages event and there is no fee for entry. Mark your calendars, invite your friends, and show some love to the Old Sevier community.

We're teaming up with Euphoric Cheese Shop once again to provide an amazing tasting exploring the flavors of cheese and beer.  This pairing includes four 6.5 oz pours of Printshop beers; a curated selection of cheeses, chocolates, nuts, pickles, fruit, and crackers from our friends at Euphoric Cheese; and the guided pairing experience led by Angelo, our sensory training guru. 

During the guided pairings, Angelo will explain why he encourages you to focus on concepts like complement/contrast, cutting/cleansing, and impact/instensity rather than adhere to conventional "rules" when choosing food and drink pairings. If you can’t make the in-person tasting, we also offer the options of enjoying it in the taproom at a more convenient time or taking home a tasting package for 4, with out without tasting glasses.

Come join Rocky Top Veterans Foundation for a Veterans social with food, fun, and friendship. During this event, RTVF provides dinner to each Veteran through the amazing support of our own community. This is a huge success for Veterans by bringing all generations of Veterans together for dinner and camaraderie.
