The sessions will hold space for people to slow down and take a moment for themselves to get into their bodies through intentional movement linked to breath and music. Ready for a system reset after starting the week? This class is less about performance and more about capacity - the capacity to stay present with sensation, to soften without collapsing and to begin the week without bracing. Each class begins with breathwork, followed by Yin sequence and Yoga Nidra.
